Through powerful collaborations with esteemed organizations such as Government of Andhra Pradesh, ICDS, NABARD, KfW Germany, IFAD, ISDG Research Foundation, STEPS USA, Ford Foundation, PLAN India, AME etc. We have positively impacted over 100,000 families across multiple Mandals and villages through the years.
With a holistic approach that integrates human rights, education, health, agriculture, and social empowerment, we proudly position ourselves as leaders in rural development and community welfare. Our passion drives us to build resilient, self-sufficient communities that are prepared to meet the challenges of the future!

Aid & Care
The "Supporting Vulnerable Communities through Humanitarian Action & Need-based Aid" program delivers targeted assistance to vulnerable groups, including women, orphans, semi-orphans, children of deceased farmers, and the elderly. This initiative reflects Chaithanya’s commitment to providing need-based support and effective disaster response, particularly during times of crisis, ensuring the well-being of those in need.
Samatha
The word "Samatha" means equality. By fostering local self-governance institutions at various levels, starting at the village level, parallel to the Panchayati Raj institutions; we strive for a equitable future for all. These institutions aim to address gap areas that the existing apparatus might miss, ensuring a more inclusive and participatory approach. Through capacity building, we empower communities to lead and make informed decisions, ensuring these institutions thrive and become self-sustaining.
Partnerships
Over the years, Chaithanya has collaborated with various organizations and continues to nurture strong relationships with external donors and project implementation agencies. Together as a team, we create a positive impact and drive meaningful change. In the past, we have worked together with various government agencies and organizations, including Plan India, NABARD, KfW Germany, and others. We continue to explore new avenues for collaboration.
